Because the success of our programs begins with the success of our team, and because investing in our staff is a direct investment in our students.
Recently, Ms. Abeer delivered a training course titled “The Professional Trainer” for the Masarat team. Its goals were to:
- Equip the team with the latest interactive training skills.
- Provide them with practical tools to deliver knowledge in impactful ways.
- Strengthen their ability to create safe, motivating, and inspiring learning environments for students.
The course was not just about theory; it was an engaging space for learning and practice. Team members shared their experiences, experimented with new techniques, and left with renewed energy and a broader vision of their role as trainers and educators.
At Masarat, we believe that a strong team means stronger students. Every hour of training given to a teacher or mentor translates directly into deeper, richer opportunities for our students, especially orphans and marginalized children who depend on us for their educational journey.
Thank you to our supporters on GlobalGiving, You make these training opportunities possible, helping us build a more prepared and empowered team capable of planting hope and driving change.
