A director visit the site: project progress
According to Kole Intellectual Forum, Director's visit to a project site to validate progress is according to their set up standard practice in project management, ensuring alignment with their project plans and stakeholder expectations are met. This validation processes involve reviewing deliverables, monitoring progress against the plan, and verifying that the project is on track to meet its goals.
Directors of Kole Intellectual Forum, often representing high-level stakeholders; and, they always try to see into it that, they get firsthand information that their projects are progressing as intended and meeting their expectations; when they visit the site, it allows them to have visual assessment of progress, comparing it against the project plan and milestones; they can as well identify potential problems or roadblocks early on, enabling them to have timely intervention and course correction.

There are so many methods of teaching
Yes, there are many methods of teaching, encompassing approaches like lecture-based instruction, differentiated instruction, technology-based learning, and inquiry-based learning. These methods can be categorized into teacher-centered, learner-centered, content-focused, and interactive methods; approaches that Kole Intellectual Forum at its Institute of Home Economics does not want to limit itself to one. For the purposes of an effective teaching, the Institute is often involving itself into a combination of these methods to cater to different learning styles and needs.
The teaching team of the Institute are engaging themselves into: Lecture-Based Instruction, teachers provide information directly to students, often through lectures or presentations; Direct Instruction that involves controlling the learning process, providing clear explanations and structured activities by the teachers; differentiated Instruction, whereby teachers have to adjust their instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students in the classroom; inquiry-Based Learning, is a situation where students are made to actively explore and discover information through questions and investigations; and others that cannot all be mention here.
