The year 2025, is the year that: Kole Intellectual Forum by the circumstances around it, it has been made to develop another project from the empowering of Girl child for self-reliance to that one of the Indigenous Community Development of Te-Okole, Northern Uganda with the hope of addressing the pressing issues that faced them directly
The project is intended to address the issues those are related to household but specifically on the areas of education, inadequate healthcare services, marginalization, unemployment, and the erosion of their cultural identity, affected by the development of the town council in their
They, the Indigenous community are expected to be being trained of the advantages and the disadvantages of the urbanization and also made aware of the strategies to confront the challenges.

Installing knowledge of the patriotism to households
Kole Intellectual Forum is one such organization that advocates of Patriotism by encouraging the household beneficiaries of their project to be supporting, devoting, and loving their country even through the difficult times. By Devotion the organization means that, their system should be standing alongside their country, no matter what circumstance they are at, working and helping to make it better. To them therefore, Patriotism means having faith in one’s country and never losing faith.
For the case of household beneficiaries of their project, they are encourage to appreciate and respect the various cultures and backgrounds their existing country, be responsible Citizenship by instilling a sense of responsibility towards their nation

Organizing Human Resource: For Organizational Progress
Organizing human resources by the system of the organization is one of core cardinal principles of Kole Intellectual Forum that has kept the organization moving. The principle according to the statement of the organization, it involves structuring the department and assigning tasks to its members and it is found vital because, the decisions of the Human Resource (HR) department to direct the organization is made to rekindle like the light of successes. All staff and students are meant to adore on to it with respect without favor
The steps taken to organize the resources include:
- Assess the current state: by evaluating the current Human Resources situation in the organization
- Set clear needs: by Defining the needs of the organization
- Hire key roles: by filling priority roles in the HR department
- Systematize records: by organizing employee and students’ records and their responsibilities
- Formalize policies: by creating and documenting basic HR policies
- Develop processes: by creating processes for recruitment and onboarding
- Document compensation: by determining and documenting employee compensation
