Sharing a healthy moment: A foundation of progress
The foundation of the existence of Kole Intellectual Forum is built on the ground that: the staff, students and community try as much as possible to share some moment together; and they have found out that, sharing a healthy moment with their students can provide to them many benefits, including:
Building positive relationships: that, strong relationships with teachers and other school staff can help students feel more motivated and academically engaged. It can also lead to better social skills and more positive behavior.
Promoting healthy development: they have also realized that, positive relationships in schools can lead to better academic performance and healthy development.
Meanwhile another equally important point to notice is about enhancing the learning process through sharing ideas which has also greatly improve on their assessment during the end of terms

The desire to change the society
To Kole Intellectual Forum, they believe that: the society doesn’t have an agenda for its development; although, it is formed as an organic thing, with a concrete structure that is driven by an idea or a concept that comes from an individual or a group of people that live within that particular society.
Definitely, for the purposes of developing or transforming, the idea or concept must come from an individual or a group of individuals who think positively about it. It is also realized by the team of researcher of Kole Intellectual Forum that: sometimes certain individuals may have agendas so similar to someone else’s that they see themselves as in concert or sometimes it may be that, one individual may develop an agenda and then “sell” that idea to others who adopt it or modify it to shot the interest of the society.
This exactly what Kole Intellectual Forum is doing; always to development an idea for the development of their society; the two concepts already in place are:

To Kole Intellectual Forum, they believe that: the future can be foreseen if at all they sit together with the youth to discuss it into details about it. They observe that: the future of any given nation depends on the youth because they have the potential to be leaders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers. When the project leader of Kole Intellectual Forum moved more closer to the youth, he realizes that: in the youth, there is:
Creativity and innovation; given that, they are often at the forefront of technological and communication trends. They are also realized to be those who are unafraid to challenge the status quo and embrace innovative thinking; on the other angle, as far as the energy and enthusiasm is concern, the project leader noticed that, they can drive progress and innovation in society; meanwhile about fresh perspectives, young people were counted to be those who can inject vitality into society with their fresh perspectives.
Above all, the observation continues to explain that: Young people do not only represent the future of their country, but they are ones make up the society's main agents of change and progress. Taking into the account that, they have a great effect on economic development too.
