Volunteers recruited to conduct need assessment
With a need to provide a community health services to community that Kole Intellectual Forum works for; Kole Intellectual Forum have reccruited 60 volunteers and are facilitating them to conduct a research in the 11 Health Centers that Kole District has and also to the community that are living within the district mainly to conduct the need assessment research for community health.
In the research, they are expected to:
- Identify top community health concerns within that geographic area, such as environmental and social factors that affect healthy life choices.
- Identify a need for an intervention to address resource gaps in the community, such as establishing community health centers, mobile clinics, and outreach programs.
- Educate community on the benefits of preventive care and healthy behaviors to facilitate life changes.
- Identify what type of essential services such as screenings, social support, and counseling that can be provided to the community
- Plan on how to make the community gain access to resources such as affordable medical, dental, and mental health care services; insurance (Medicare or Medicaid enrollment); translation and transportation services; or housing, food, and education system
- Plan for a reducing need for expensive emergency care and hospitalizations.
- Advocate for improved care for at-risk populations to state and federal policymakers.
- Work with other community agencies to address the area’s mental, physical, cultural, and social characteristics, including nutrition, housing, and transportation.

Persistence research: outsource value in life
Persistence research: is like giving value in human lives
Persistence in whatever form including persistence research is very important in human lives; because it allows you to overcome obstacles that you may be facing at certain time. Many successful people, we have learned that: they have been faced with a number of failures and setbacks in their ways of lives, but they have made it through because those setbacks define them either through persistence in research or through persistence in life; and, instead, they have used their failures as opportunities to learn or on how to grow.
A situation that Kole Intellectual Forum is using as a tool of it’s persistence research that is helping them to defined themelves as a voluntary continuation organization of a goal-directed action in spite of obstacles, difficulties, or discouragement". As it was once stated by Peterson and Seligman, (2004, p. 229) and that: just as fear is a prerequisite for courage, challenge is a prerequisite for perseverance.

The responsibilities of the Health facility that Kole Intellectual Forum intends to establish and that they are vigorously conducting research on to find the best way to establish; it would be expected to that is meant to save lives, promote health, and provide essential medical services.
The organization through its research, the promoters are moving closely moving the all the eleven available government and private heath facilities within to find out the available health services and the lacking once; so that by the time they establishing they would be able to establishing and fulfilling the missing gaps
the report is that: some of the donors have already started donating to this project and we are very hopeful that the account will fully be funded
