Advocating for Practical Lessons
Because practical lessons bridge the gap between theory and real-world application, boost critical thinking, and build confidence through hands-on experience, leading to better knowledge retention; deeper understanding, enhancing career prospects; Kole Intellectual Forum in its institute of Home Economics are engaging these concepts to enable their students establish tangible skills, and basically making them to understand that education is meaningful and preparatory tool for people at this complex and complicated world.
Because of this, the students have to,
- Develop Real-World Skills: they have to move beyond memorization to the application of knowledge in practical scenarios, essential in the fields of vocational institution.
- Boost their Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving capacity: Encouraging them in analyzing, evaluating, and creating solutions to real-time problems.
- Increase Confidence: by succeeding in practical tasks, the students definitely build their self-esteem and self-efficacy.

Seeking Personal Growth: Exchange Visits
Although school exchange visits at the international level is meant to broaden students' horizons, develop independence, and foster global understanding by experiencing different cultures, improving language skills through real-world practice, and forming international friendships, while also allowing educators to share best practices, providing unique, firsthand learning beyond textbooks, transforming students into global citizens with deeper self-awareness and appreciation for diversity. The approach is classic and very appreciative in human life.
Whereas at the local level the Kole Intellectual Forum is trying to implement; the interschool exchange visits the students and those other ones visited of they themselves visit the institution; they tend to get experience in new traditions, foods, and daily life, breaking down ethnocentric views; develop their adaptability, empathy, independence, and problem-solving skills; as well as understanding different worldviews and how societies function

KIFA: Exploring Deeply into Knowledge
Without being tire of exploring into the knowledge of understanding, Kole Intellectual Forum is making even the young men to grow form the early stage to the team of professionals. Form the photo above are the young men that: Kole Intellectual Forum has developed, trained them through the fund that was meant to be hiring professionals to be building their proposed Institute of Home Economics; and within six months they were able to start the work that is at present about to be completed.
Through this engagement the project leader is able to discuss with them about the industry trends, project goals/challenges, career growth/skills, organizational vision, process improvement, beneficiaries insights, and even lighthearted personal topics among others, covering everything from day-to-day operations to long-term strategy and team dynamics.
