Exhibition Done to build Trust: KIFA
By George Obua | Project Leader
Exhibition conducted to build trust in the organization - Kole Intellectual Forum - KIFA
On admission of the new students, Kole Intellectual Forum conducts an exhibition to their relevant stakeholders by showcasing its competency, integrity, and good will through reliable and consistent delivery of high-quality work and transparent communication. This has always been successful because the organization has expertise and capabilities to be open and honest in what they are doing and this has fostered the organizational positive relationships and a reputation with the public.
Through this, the organization has been able to share its values, mission, and future goals, fostering transparency and building a strong connection with the audience; and it has also provided for a platform for them to interact with stakeholders, building genuine relationships and demonstrating good will, which are crucial for developing trust.

Bridging the gap between boys & girls in a project
Gender sensitive project: boys and girls
Although, Kole Intellectual Forum is focusing mainly to the female projects; those are the girls out of school and the young married mothers from the age up to 30 years; empowering them with skills drawn from the course unit of home economics; on the other hand, the organization has also incorporated the boys’ project so that their project too can be a couple of gender balance.
The boys are at this material time being trained on block laying and concrete practice; and this has now been the second year of running such project.
The community too, have shown interest into it by sending their children and we, at Kole Intellectual Forum intend to add value into it if they are to continue getting from GlobalGiving as it has always been the case.
A word of appreciation from this report is labeled to the donors on the platform of GlobalGiving.
