August News from ABCS and Rice!
Hello from ABCS and Rice to all of our kind donors!
Although Siem Riep has been hit hard with the delta variant, we are happy to report that none of our families at ABCS and Rice have been struck with Covid 19.
One month ago we had to close our Fully Belly Farm but fortunately the five families that worked there have been successfully placed elsewhere.
Because of your generosity we have been able to provide weekly food supplies to 250 families and look forward to further increasing the distribution of food and supplies as soon as possible.
With your help we have been able to run some virtual classes for those students who have access to the internet. ABCS and Rice has been reaching out to teachers around the globe to assist with creating content.
Although our students miss attending ABCS and Rice daily for school, they gratefully bring letters and drawings in appreciation of the food they receive because of your kind donations.
The students and families at ABCS and RICE really appreciate your generosity. Thanks so much!
