Food, Education and Emergency Support for Girls

Warmest greetings and thank you very much for your generous support to our project providing food, education and emergency support for girls. We continue to provide support to girls who have special aptitude in school and who exhibit eagerness to complete their studies. This reporting period we are happy to report that one of those whom we have supported was able to finish her education with high grades and she is gainfully employed now. This particular gift will be our legacy to her and to countless others whom we have supported. We will continue to do so and not only for those who are already in college but also for those in the secondary school level.

Dear Friend,

Warm greetings and thank you very much for your generous support to our project providing food, education and emergency support for girls. This project is indeed very effective in seeing to it that the lives of girls are improved. Without much of support, they are left to themselves without resources, poor and sometimes they are enticed to go to big cities by friends who have gone there ahead and their situation becomes difficult given that their level of education is low and there are a lot of lowly activities in the city. Added to this is that they don't have support from their friends and relatives. There is a need to keep them where they are but provide them with productive support. This project period, we provided a total of 72 girls (and also boys) with training on small-scale farming using the resources in their backyards. Then we provided them with inputs like seeds and organic fertilizer in order to start their livelihood activities.
