Completion of Project
By Jennifer Schechter | Executive Director
Integrate Health, formerly Hope Through Health, is pleased to report that the project Help 100 Babies Be Born HIV-Free in Togo has been completed. As of April 2018, IH, in partnership with our local partner Association Espoir Pour Demain-Lidaw, provides comprehensive care to 2,034 people living with HIV, including 210 children. This work would not be possible without the support of our generous partners from the Global Giving platform. Thank you for all of your help! Please continue to follow our progress and contribute to achieving health for all starting in Togo, on our open project, End Preventable Deaths of Women and Kids in Togo.

Latest News from Togo!
By Maggie O'Grady | Development and Program Associate
Dear Friend,
I am excited to share our latest quarterly progress report with you.
This report highlights Hope Through Health’s new Maternal and Child Health Program and describes a “Day in the Life” of a Community Health Worker. Through this program, Hope Through Health has already provided care to over 5,000 women and children. Other highlights include:
- Reaching 95% of children under 5 and 71% of pregnant women in the communities we serve
- Treating 53.5% of cases of illness in children under 5 within 72 hours of symptom onset
- An increase in the number of prenatal consultations and facility-based deliveries
We would not have been able to achieve these results without the support of people like you. Thanks to your generosity, our project "Help 100 Babies Be Born HIV-Free in Togo" has been fully funded! For this reason, we are deactivating the project. If you wish to continue supporting Hope Through Health, please check out our newest project, "End Preventable Deaths of Women and Kids in Togo".
Thank you again for your continued support as we work to improve healthcare for all!
Sincerely,
Maggie O’Grady

I hope that you take a moment to read this one-page report and see the impact you have helped to achieve:
- 1,208 patients receiving life-saving antiretroviral medications
- 1,646 patients living with HIV enrolled in care
- 71% of patients visited by a Community Health Worker
- 100% of children in our infant prevention program born HIV-free!
On behalf of our US and Togo based staff and all of the people we serve, thank you for your support! These achievements would not have been possible without your commitment to our work.
