Meet Maiu. He was wandering trying to find help having apparently been either hit by a car or another blunt object. He entered one yard for help and was chased away, so he went to a neighboring yard where the lovely family picked him up and took him to the Center of Hope for help.
The family did not have the funds to treat him, so our charity stepped in to pay for the costs. Maiu suffered a broken pallet in his mouth as well as eye damage. His pallet was sutured and his eye removed at the Center of Hope. All throughout his recovery, he purred and loved attention. Our Dream Team of vets and techs were amazed at how this sweet feral kitty responded to affection. He stayed at the Center for over 3 weeks to recover fully.
The family that rescued him called and visited him frequently, and decided to adopt him. This is why we do what we do. Helping good people to help the neediest of animals. Maiu would never have received this great love and treatment if it were not for our donors.
Thank you for this and so many thousands of other animals Romania Animal Rescue has been able to help through our Homeless Animals Hospital project. Your donations will ensure we can continue to help.
Thank you from Maiu, forever and ever!
