Teenage mothers living with HIV can face multiple layers of vulnerability, including stigma, poverty, interrupted education, health challenges, and fear of rejection. Without consistent support, these pressures can make it difficult for a young mother to care for herself and her child or pursue her future.
F SSIBU Mission Foundation works to ensure that these young mothers are not forgotten.
Through the Restoring Hope for Teenage Mothers program, we provide psychosocial support, mentorship, health education, family engagement, and referrals to appropriate health services. We work to reduce stigma and encourage young mothers to seek support, remain connected to care, protect their wellbeing, and plan for a productive future.
Our support recognizes that a teenage mother living with HIV is more than her health status. She is a young woman with dreams, abilities, responsibilities, and the potential to contribute meaningfully to her family and community.
Donor support can help provide counselling, health education, essential supplies, livelihood skills, learning opportunities, and community-based support for vulnerable young mothers and their children.
Your contribution can help replace isolation with belonging and fear with confidence.
Together, we can help young mothers living with HIV build healthier, more secure lives while ensuring their children grow up surrounded by care, protection, and opportunity.
No young mother should have to face motherhood, poverty, and stigma alone.
