¨On the occasion of the December festivities and the end of the year, Fundación CRAN carried out a farewell ritual for all its collaborators focused on care and the experience of being an adult at CRAN, where every day they experience the opportunity to give and receive care from different roles, and a protective environment is guaranteed not only for children, but also for adults. Seeking mainly with the activity to make aware of the responsibility of being from an analysis of its strengths but above all its challenges, and from where those challenges are observed.
The collaborators had the opportunity to thank themselves and others, as well as to project from a reflective, flexible and open state that they wanted to leave behind their experiences of care with them, with the children and with others, and also that they wanted to attract and call for the coming year."
