Support Learning centres for slum Children- India

Dear Friends and Donors, Namaste!

I hope this message finds you in good health and spirits. I am writing to you from BASS After School Learning Centres, Guntur, India, to share with you the latest update of our project and to express our gratitude for your support.

Our project, which has been live on GlobalGiving for one year, aims to provide quality education and life skills to underprivileged children aged from 5 to 18years old  in three slums in Guntur. We are successfully operating  three after-school learning centres with expert qualified teachers, who help the children with their homework, teach them all subjects, and mentor them to develop their self-esteem and social skills.

Thanks to your generous donations, we have been able to serve 150 children through this project. All of them are studying well and showing great progress. They are working hard to prepare for their final exams in March and April 2024. They are also learning good behaviours and life skills that will help them in their future.

Urgently,  this  project  needs your help to continue its operations. We need funds to pay for the centre rents, education material, staff remunerations, and nutrition snacks/meals for the children. One centre needs at least $350 per month to run smoothly.

We request you to kindly help us in this noble cause and join us to help children in need. Your contribution will make a huge difference in their lives and prevent them from falling into child labour, dropping out of school, or losing hope.
