With a warm smile, Ah Xian (name anonymized for privacy) hands out each lunchbox , cherishing the gratitude and laughter of the children he meets.

At 52 years old, Ah Xian has been actively involved in the foundation’s various programs for over a decade. Whether it’s the gardening team , the scouting group, or the sheltered workshop, no challenge has ever stopped him! However, as he has aged, physical limitations have gradually reduced his participation. Yet, Ah Xian has never given up on his dream of spreading love.

During discussions for our annual plans, Ah Xian shared memories of his past experiences in delivering love to remote communities and expressed his wish to participate in such activities again.

Before the school winter break, we fulfilled Ah Xian’s heartfelt wish . Throughout the event, his face was lit with joy as he perfectly recalled every step of the “Delivering Love to the Villages” program. He even took the initiative to help carry lunchboxes and prepare props . It was clear that these memories had become a cherished part of his life, embodying some of his most beautiful moments.

On this journey of delivering love, we offered more than just lunchboxes—we shared emotional connections and heartfelt inspiration ‍. Each lunchbox became a vessel of love, like a magical force  that transcends time, accompanying both individuals with special needs and children in remote areas through their daily lives.

Hearing this kind of feedback from children always brings endless joy to our bakers with special needs.

When our "Meals of Love" lunchboxes reach the hands of the children, it could be after school, during a break between extracurricular activities, or as a snack after a talent practice. One thing remains constant: the excitement of opening the lunchbox and discovering the beautifully crafted baked goods inside.

The children know that the talented big brothers and sisters who excel at baking have prepared something special for them today. These snacks not only fill their stomachs but also carry the blessings of our bakers with special needs and the love and care from society. Every bite warms their hearts.
