To the generous donors of the New Flooring for the VICM campaign,
We are pleased to report that your charitable contributions helped us improve the safety of the museum and dramatically beautified the visitor space. All the areas of the museum that regular guests enjoy have been updated; the old carpet was removed and the broken and uneven tile underneath has been covered with new vinyl plank flooring. Volunteers and staff installed the new flooring over the last year; mistakes were made but many new skills were gained in the process!
The new flooring has greatly elevated the look and improved the safety of the museum. Families now have a cleaner and more pleasant place to explore, play, and discover together thanks to your contributions toward our flooring goals. We will continue to add the new flooring to our classroom and office space, however, as the public space is complete, we will now close this campaign.
