2022 Fellowship ended after a year of training, building and amazing impacts recorded across Africa through the $6,300 disbursed to sponsor 21 community projects. After a successful year of impacts. Fellows were inaugurated into the Alumni community to foster the growth of the sustainable leaders raised.
Another Fellowship kick-started in January this year and it has been fantastic so far with various sessions to equip and empower the next generations of leaders in Africa as they are at the building phase of the Fellowship.
The 52 young Africans who are currently undergoing training on community development and leadership will recruit 100 OMLA Stars each in their various communities, train and guide them to identify, plan and execute community projects in their localities, OMLA will disburse more than $15,600 to support the community projects, the Fellows will also receive Professional Development Support (PDS) for their social entrepreneurship journey.
At the end of this program, we will be able to have empowered, inspired and connected over 7000 young Africans and executed more than 50 community projects in line with the SDG such as Goal 1,3,4, 5,8,10 and13
Through this Fellowship, OMLA is set to achieve greater milestone and incredible success.
