New Medical Camps Needed for 2,500 poor people in Lower Sindh

Medical camps needed at 2500 individuals
As a part of rehabilitation program for flood victims of Jati, Sujawal & Badin Districts of Sindh province health camps were arranged to support victims as they live in scattered areas where no proper medical facilities are available. Due to shortage of water, people cannot cultivate properly so they are facing shortage of food as well. They even don’t get enough water to drink. AHD is helping them with medicine & limited dry food. Cooperation is required to address the situation effectively.
AHD also looking to organize some 25 new medical camps during incoming moon soon and we hope for 25 medical camps we need support of some 3,750 US $ only.
We hope the little amount of support can help to save some 2,500 individuals health improvement at their household level.

Food & Medical Aid Shortage in Rural Families near district Sujawal Rural Areas
The Food and Medical aid find shortage in rural areas of Sujawal and Badin districts, the UCs and Kar Malik near Jati amd Deh Budha near Sujawal rural families facing food and medical aid shortage.
During the field visits to see the situation of the targeted areas previously covered with food and medical camps now again in food and medical aid shortage. The areas very far and scattered and water irrigation shortage made difficult for farming families as they not been able to cultivate the crops on time.
Once again we need support for these villages to help them with medical checkups and free medical aid (medicine) hope this report will help to see the situation of our target areas

Since floods 2010 to 2013 Lower Sindh particularly Badin, Thatta & Sujawal districts damaged badly and poor rural families lost their houses as well as animals during these floods days. At present the women residing in rural areas and their family is poor facing food insecurity.
We at AHD want to change this project into rehabilitation of Flood Victims, in this regard your input needed for this project. We want to start disaster Preparedness through building capacity of women on disasters and save something for the incoming disasters as the areas of Jati and Sujawal is disaster prone area and needs to help these families with disaster preparedness
We will change this project title into “Disaster Preparedness of Flood Victims in Pakistan”
