Dear kind donors,
I am happy to inform you that the number of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia has decreased. Now that the government has allowed offices to re-open with 70% of employees, I have begun to work at the office again three times a week.
As for my studies, I am nearing the end and doing my final research. The pandemic as well as my illness in 2019 has delayed my graduation. At my academic advisor’s suggestion, I am currently learning the use of the SPSS and Eviews softwares. These will help me to process the data and information that I have collected for my final research. Unfortunately, I have not mastered these programs yet as we did not have these lessons as part of our college subjects. Also, since I have not been given any schedule to meet with my academic advisor from the university, I have had to learn by myself. It is not easy to learn because the resources are limited. So far, I have been learning from Youtube videos.
Though I have started going to the office, my children are still learning from home, and will probably continue until the end of this semester. Hopefully next semester, they will be able go to school and have in-class learning with their teacher. Thankfully, both my wife and I have been vaccinated.
That is all that I can share with you now. I hope you all are well and are slowly returning to your normal activities.
Best wishes,
Paridi
