Dear Patrons,
Thank you so much for all the support that you have provided so far for our
Rwanda forestation project.
We are happy to let you know that the saplings are growing well, and we are looking forward to plant saplings in the beginning February 2024 in land 8
In this report, I wish to share with you the information about the eight land (Land 8). This land is located in Rwanda: Lat-1.730885, Long 30.025988 . This area’s name is Rulindo, This area is located in Rwanda, Rulindo district and Burega sector, on the hill of Mwite.
This land is not for the government, It is the land of family living in Burega sector, kanunga cell. This family was inspired by our project and now they want our volunteers to plant the trees for them. This land is not big, we visited the land, and we can plant between 500 to 700 trees of eucalyptus. RWAYDAVO volunteers together with the family, we will do maintenances and make sure trees are growing well, make sure trees are not disturbed by animals or human activities.
We need to prepare the land by weeding out the existing small plants, shrubs, and other unwanted growth, so that the land can be made suitable for planting the saplings by the beginning of February 2024. For preparing all the 1/2 hectares of lands including terracing, we are in need funds around US$ 750, which will include the cost of terracing. To start with preparing the eight land, we need immediate funds, so that we can go ahead with the work.
We request you to donate generously for our project so that we can start our work. You could also consider doing a monthly recurring donation for our project, which will help us with our ongoing work. The link for the monthly recurring donation is mentioned below in the report.
We thank you for everything that you have done for our project, and we look forward for your continued support.
Thanks and Best Regards.
RWAYDAVO President
