Karam, a young Syrian refugee, has faced daily challenges due to a spinal deformity. Living in extremely difficult circumstances, he needed specialized medical support to manage his condition and maintain hope for a brighter future. Thanks to your generous donations, our team was able to provide Karam with a custom-fitted spinal brace tailored to his specific needs.
This brace not only helps stabilize Karam’s spine and improve his posture, but it also offers relief from discomfort and paves the way for better mobility. In effect, it restores some of the childhood he might otherwise miss out on—one with more freedom to play, learn, and thrive despite the obstacles he endures as a refugee.
Your kindness has made all the difference in transforming Karam’s life. However, many other children remain in dire need of similar medical and rehabilitative support.
