The Future Includes Women

Empowering Women With Technology
Empowering Women With Technology

Hello Supporters,,

Although India made great progress with ensuring their constitution grants men and women equal rights sadly in reality this still is not true. Women in India are still expected to be in the home at an early age and miss out on education and training which is reflected in career paths that show more men in senior positions than women across India.

Having the constitution on our side makes this project a bit easier for us to implement but sadly it still needs funding to operate and over 2023 we sadly only raised minimal funding to keep this project operating on a small scale. 2024 kicked off and as the CEO of action change I visited our team in India along with one of our trustee's and we sat down with our team and together we prepared a challenging and exciting strategy for 2024.

The team are motivated, passionate and really driven to drive change within their community in the South, with many iniatives such as women only empwerment events, training programs, conferences giving women a voice as well starting to showcase strong Indian women as a representative to help motivate other women within their community. The plans for this project are incredibly exciting and now it is my job to ensure I share this with you as previously supporters of our project, or still current supporters and others.

Together we can provide these women the support they need to go out there and change their community, I am personally really excited to watch this project grow in 2024 and all we need is for our amazing supporters to help us once again give them the opportunity. Please join me and action change as we make a huge difference for women in India

Thanks,

Tyrone
