We have an exciting new partnership this year! local public school Santo Amaro has been reformed and improved for the children of the community, and we recently held a meeting in which we established goals of opening an afterschool English program with the children, as well as an environmental program which will include visits to SINAL and a community organic garden in the school.
We are currently searching for partners for funds to kickstart it (so please consider sharing with your friends!), and are also opening a volunteer program where individuals will stay at SINAL and teach at the school.
Being able to offer an environmental curriculum to the children from our community is vital for us to reinforce our nature-based solutions for infrastructure and protection of biodiversity. It helps us strengthen the message and truly transform mindsets in the community when we focus on the younger generations. Your support is essential for this!
Thank you so much for helping us, and stay tuned for news!
