Working in a humanitarian situation means coming up with clever solutions to meet immediate need - but build for the long-term future. Our wells do just that.
Thanks to your support, NuDay has retrofitted wells across northwest Syria with solar panels, ensuring that wells function and that communities can access water quickly and easily. Many displaced people rely on these wells to stay healthy and have their water needs met, and we're proud to be able to deliver it quickly. Without these wells providing potable water, there is a risk for cholera and other health issues - but we're mitigating that by securing access to clean water for all.
Let's keep it going. Your support is needed to ensure that we can continue to reach vulnerable families with aid so that they can focus on building their futures for the long term.
