In this October Break, we organized a team who including 9 local volunteers and 5 university volunteers went to the students family who apply our scholarship program to do home-visit. The 5 university volunteers were the recipients of the program. Most of them are the freshman of university. But they are so exciting and value this service chance because they know how important and meaningful for a girl or family to get the supports from the program. The scholarship program is not only three year school tuition fee supports but also a big family to accompany them for three year in high school. Every year we will carry out the home-visit which can help us to really know if they need the supports. In the home visit, we will collect all the information like Hukou book, disable certificate, income and cost information, medical record and living environment ect. Collect anything can prove their finance information. Many family is in a middle of mountains so it spent a lot of time for us to find their home. But all of the efforts is worthy. The only thing we want is that to help the girl who really need it!! After the home visit, we will determine the list of scholarship according to the student's situation.
