Empowering CwDs through Home Based Rehabilitation

By Team | RSKS India

Respected Donor Namaste!

Parents do anything for the happiness of their children, but some children are abnormal which we call special category people or disabled. Such children are hampered by many problems which we call disability. Due to this disability, these children are unable to do any work of their own and cannot develop like other children, so they have to face many difficulties. Children are sitting in one corner of the house away from sports, education and entertainment.

In such a situation, the Home Based Rehabilitation Activity for Disabled Children has been conducted by RSKS Organization. In simple words, home base activity means that the problem which the disabled child is facing is solved by going home to his atmosphere. Survey and birth history of the disabled child is taken by the hard worker of the organization and the problem and disability is identified. After which home based activity is given to that child as per the requirement. Children with disabilities are benefiting from the operation of this project and their condition is improving.

Education, self-care, eating, bathing, getting ready and all activities of daily life are being taught to children with disabilities in home based activity. Children with disabilities are becoming self-sufficient by learning the activities that occur in daily life and are doing daily work as well as they are being educated so that they are connected to the mainstream of education. Parents of children with disabilities thank the worker and the organization for which their child does something himself and is able to work like other children.

Once again thank you so much for your valuable Support.

Many Regards
