Bangladesh is a disaster affected area and southern past is submerged under saline water. Which cause is that people of these areas face the crisis of safe drinking water. Bangladesh Environment and Development Society (BEDS) is a non-government organization that’s area of intervention is water and sanitation. Earth is the largest source of fresh water but to reduce the pressure on ground water BEDS develop a community based solar river osmosis system that produce above 42000 liters water per. Calculate on the demand of water in surroundings community, it’s not sufficient for all. Till the people of the area collecting these based on their daily demand and also people generate door to door supply business. BEDS are hopeful that once upon a day we will be able to reach the safe drinking water in household level utility service.
Our hope, “Community people will get the safe drinking water instead of polluted or saline water that causes different types of water born diseases.”
We reach out to our generous donors for support, so that together, we can continue this water supply for the community people of surroundings villages too.
We would like to thank all our donors for their amazing and continuous support for the coastal deprived people. We are requesting all our donors to start monthly recurring donation by clicking the following link;
