Empowering the Community through Aromatherapy

By Juliana Ferreira | Communication Coordinator

Participant testing different essential oils
Participant testing different essential oils

Dear [Friend],

We hope this letter finds you well. We wanted to share with you about our fisrt aromatherapy workshop that we held with the community. It was an incredible experience!

During the workshop, we talked about the benefits of aromatherapy for the mind and body, and taught the participating women about essential oils and how to use them in their daily lives. We hope that they understood more about the benefits of essential oils and how they can help in various aspects of life.

We also hope that the participants' interest was sparked so that they can one day produce their own essential oils from the Atlantic Forest, thus helping to preserve and value the region's biodiversity.

It was very rewarding to see the women's interest and enthusiasm in learning more about aromatherapy. We are excited to continue sharing our knowledge and promoting the well-being of the community.

Stick with us to see more about what the participants have to say about it, on our next report.

Kind regards,

The Iracambi team
