Dear Donor,
Thanks to your continued support, we are helping strengthen community understanding of the vital role healthcare workers play during Ebola outbreaks.
Healthcare workers are often among the first people to encounter suspected cases. They need safe working environments, appropriate infection-prevention practices, reliable information, and cooperation from the communities they serve.
Our awareness activities encourage communities to approach healthcare workers with trust, provide accurate information about possible exposures, and follow medical guidance when seeking care.
This is especially important because healthcare settings have been identified as an exposure risk during the current outbreak.
By strengthening cooperation between communities and health workers, we can help create safer conditions for both sides.
Your contribution supports the people working on the front lines of public health protection.
