Last months, in autumn 3 selected groups visited several workplaces. Participating children are interested in car mechanic, information technology. So we looked for similar workplaces. We visited a garage, some different workplaces, such as a compact disc factory. Children really enjoyed to have opportunity how the CDs are made of. Every visitor of this factory got a souvenir disk from the factory. Children talked with employees about their work. Children found very useful these factory visits.

In November there was the county exhibition of local schools and workplaces. Certainly we took part in with several pupils to could see which school is good for them. There are a lot of trade, where children can get scholarship. It is very important because these children do not have parents who could support them in learning.

After visits of workplaces and schools we are going to continue our program with carrier choice making. Earlier children picked up new skills and abilities in different fields such as conflict management and communication.

Thank you for your supporting to realize our projects and thereby help childhome’s habitats in their career choice. This support allows us to make easier the career choice for another 36 children. The assistance of this program children can meet professions and get personal experiences and impressions. They met real possibilities what can motivate them to study and get job. In the future we would like to support another children to start their own career. If you have opportunities please do not hesitate to support our aims and programs. Thank you in advance your kindness.
