The project is going to start in the second part of January 2014.
We would like to support our children to learn a good profession to increase their chance to get a good job in the future.
We made the necessary preparation - vocational survey filling up to start the project. According to that the job and profession module and the list of educational institutes and workplaces which we are planning to visit was worked out.
Children will pick up information in peer groups. The planned moduls are self-knowledge, knowledge of different jobs and learning possibilities, conflict management training and communication training. During these moduls main point of view to make the participants to realize what kind of abilities, features they need to have for different professions. The student have opportunity to learn how should to behave in a new situation, in a workplace, how can manage a conflict in a successfull way.
We are planning to visit workplaces from below different professionals: services (hairdresser, confecctionary, cooker, car service, shop assistant), agriculture (animal husbandry) and multinational company.
Thanks to the visits of workplaces they will be familarized with expectations and requirements.
On the meeting we specified the responsible persons of the modules. The organisation of the groups of children has started, groupleaders are appointed.
The available sources allow us to launch two vocational group. In each group there will be 12 children in two different places, at Eloszallas and in Sarbogard.
