Restart - Spring Report

By Maria Deresne Tanarki | chairman of board of advisors

Our goal is to help children's career choice decision that helps them to successfully find the right path in the future and their integration into society. Children's abilities and interests are very important aspects.

Before starting the project, the  group leaders held a meeting where the project leader, program coordinator, professional unit executives and financial manager attended

                                                   .

Selection of the participants is done, based on a questionnaire. The already mentioned children's homes Eloszállás, Sárbogárd, and a new place, Székesfehérvár the 12 - 16 age group fills out these questionnaires. After the evaluation, those children are participating in the program who need help with their career choices.

Project progress

In April we formed the groups.

After the completion and evaluation of career choice questionnaires, the self-knowledge module came first.

The second was a communication training. Interactive, practice-oriented occupations, situational games to help children to overcome their fear of speaking in front of others. Impove their communicative skills through various life siturations.

Next was a conflict management training. Children learned and mastered those techniques that help to manage effectively conflicts that occur in everyday life.

Its task self-knowledge, cooperation, teamwork, team building, for this reason we thought with my colleagues that this kind of task, like a dragon boating is perfect for the children to acquire the abilities mentioned above.

Thank you for your support so far. Please, support our aims in the future
