Do you have the basic life skills to be an adult?

In theory, most of us know we should be prepared for anything as human being a life with a recognized dignity. But the reality is that, we can sometimes find ourselves in unequipped situation to handle all the curve-balls life throws ont our ways. Let’s face it—sometimes it is HARD to be a grownup! And some of the time we are so focused on ensuring our children learn their own life skills, that we forget to make sure we’re learning the life skills we need for our family.

The debate is very argumentative that were need to direct ourselves or our children in a very focus area that has been authoritative researched with a proper findings and recommendations. Many have lost sense of directions at it is regretable that sometimes it might not been very easy to redirect it.

A school of thought together with a set of ideas from the community were drawn and developed on this basis of this argument by Kole Intellectual Forum that: we build life skills to our local out of school children by engaging them in Block Laying and Concrete Practice and within 2 months of intensive training they were able to partly built the Institute of Home Economics that is located near Kole District Local Government; we hope, the building will be completed in Feburary, 2023

Community interest engaging into decision-making

There are many ways to lead a group, an organization, a movement, a school district, or even a government. History buffs can point to all kinds of leadership styles and practices that have worked—and even more that have fallen flat like the way Kole Intellectual Forum in Kole District is searching for possible ways acheivin quality, sustainable and potential among the majority of the children expose to harsgh education in the area.

Of course, in today’s connected and complex world, leadership styles of the past aren’t as effective, and may even be more harmful than helpful. To help employees, citizens, and stakeholders navigate faster and more nuanced environments, leaders must be able to work collaboratively and, in some cases, “lead from behind.”

Leading from behind is a form of active leadership that has been promoted by the organization (Kole Intellectual Forum) and as one of the simplest means that leaders don’t need to guide a team in a traditional top-down way, but rather to encourage employees to express ideas, make suggestions, and otherwise direct their work toward the goals they’re tasked to achieve. It’s collective leadership in its purest execution. With more voices expressing thoughts, the team can be more innovative. The leader can focus on optimization rather than ideation, allowing the best ideas to lead—rather than the “person in charge.” With this in place, the is possibility that the standard of education in Kole District is greatly expected to improve at no time.
