A SWOT analysis that Kole Intellectual Forum has learnt from the learnt Library of GlobalGiving is leading the organization in its strategic planning to her understand about its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. It is what the organization using to evaluate its progress on a specific project or initiative
Now that: Kole Intellectual Forum plans to establish a new project in the health facility: ideally, the assets and other resources available in the already existing project, to: Empower a Girl: For Self-Reliance is being evaluated as part of the organizational strength. For instance, the building at the Institute of Home Economics and the staff already in places as well as the students are at present treated like the opportunity available.

From theory to practical system of learning
The phrase "theory to practice" is used at Kole Intellectual Forum system of learning to describe the importance of putting theories into action; whereby, both theoretical and practical knowledge that the instructors have taken the students through can exploited by the students so as to realize their importance in their learning processes. The institute has discovered that:
Theoretical knowledge: Helps students understand the why behind a concept, and how one technique is successful while another fails. It can also help students develop a deeper understanding of a concept by seeing it in context.
Practical knowledge: however, helps the students to understand how to implement knowledge in real-life situations.
That is what we at Kole Intellectual Forum, we call it experiential learning: that is, learning by doing is one of the best ways to connect theory with practice. For example, if you're studying to be a chef, you can try out recipes in the kitchen instead of just reading about cooking techniques.

Building confidence in establishing health facility
Earlier than it can take shape, Kole Intellectual Forum under its new project to be Establishing a Health facility in Kole District is gaining experiences from various perspective; from the community and within the organization; by approaching health services that require their support or their assistance.
These demands are always coming from either community demand from them; that is when the community feel they need to seek for assistance from the organization or through the usual researches being conducted by the organization or by the need that may arise from within the organization.
This kind of commitments have made the organization to start gaining confidence in establishing the health facility and also know much more about the health facility.
