On the basis of three types of discipline; that is, Preventative Discipline, Supportive Discipline and Corrective Discipline; as a set of principles designed and being trained with the girls at Home Economics Institute of Kole Intellectual Forum under child development course unit. The organization (Kole Intellectual Forum) is focusing at these principles as most important personality traits that every girl should greatly exhibit to establish their inner strength and character on their daily life and is expected to help them to complete their tasks within any given fixed deadline; and more importantly it is also assumed to set orderliness, efficiency, and punctuality at organization as well as getting them prepare to meet the world’s future challenges in their different homes.
On the other hand, Discipline is also expected to provide people with rules to live their lives efficiently and effectively. When you have discipline in your life, they (Institute) constituted that: you can make small sacrifices in the present for a better life in the future. Discipline creates habits, habits make routines, and routines become who you are on the daily basis.
From the photos above, is showing the girls exhibiting high level of discipline to one of their parents that made a courtesy call at the Institute to verify their learning progress. Kneeling down that they are doing is one way that African women and girls show respect to the elderly and is part of the discipline that is always displayed at Kole Intellectual Forum
