Current office of Kole Intellectual Forum
With critical analysis; search for knowledge; consultation and looking for the brighter future that the organization is expected to move the world with the idea of forwarding a better community in strong build-up; since 2015 to date, Kole Intellectual Forum through their professional leaders in Ugnada has been moving from one stage to another under the five typical stages of organizational development with the hope of building up a stronger organization; that is, through Formation stage, Early Period, Peak Period, Normalization Period, Peak Period, to Reevaluation stage.
In formation stage
The organization has moved on well because at the beginning, the organization was led by the individuals who had a vision for the organization; and since then, they left a significant imprint in 2015 to 2016 that made the organization go through formation phase; and concept of promoting quality education that is sustainable to the children of the ordinary people those that are performing poorly in public primary schools in Northern Uganda was identified as a component of reconstructing the region; and the war against it, was launched in July 22, 2016.
Early Period
Under like other organization whose early period goes from 3 to 5 years; for the case of Kole Intellectual Forum, the organization had finished a lot about this stage by handling a number of issues such as: conducting baseline surveys; storming in various areas of interventions; making widely consultations; and identifying education sector as that sector with the greatest problem in the region (Northern Uganda) that needed immediate intervention.
Normalization Period
Other people referred to this stage as a norming or an adolescent stage; the promoters of Kole Intellectual Forum used this period to construct a number of organizational policies and procedures like: Human Resource policy; child protection policy; financial policy and procedures; five years strategic development plan; and many more policies and procedures that have made it possible for the organization to entered into peak period with little chaos.
Peak Period
This is the period that Kole Intellectual Forum is at, at the moment, the period the organization is performing and realizing a sense of maturity. In these 5 years of existence the organization is seeing its vision, mission and the objectives coming to be true. As thought of years back, the organization assumed to be among the global best development partners: sincerely, this has come to past in that, the organization is in LIFE partnership with GlobalGiving crowd funding platform, with TWAWEZA East Africa, UWEZO Uganda, Kole District Local Government of Uganda,The Apac Anti Corruption Coalition (TAACC) in Lango Sub-region among others; Missionary, the set goal was to coordinate action research with modern telecommunication system and entrepreneurship; the organization has used this mission, to explore into global knowledge that brought about those best development partners; coordinate with the community; as well as communicating to the donors at all the stages of organizational development and the construct mission is expected to lead the organization far beyond that. At the moment the organization is implementing a program that came from promoting quality, sustainable and potential education at the post conflict reconstruction of Northern Uganda; that is, helping 10 girls to fight rights and COVID-19 in Uganda under Home Economics. All the support liens on the concept.
Reevaluation
At the end of this year 2021, Kole Intellectual Forum is expected to reach its re-evaluation stage; whereby, it will exam its policies, procedures, and personnel as well as its system of operations, 5 strategic plan; and improve on its vision, mission and objectives.
