With the basic principle of setting up a workshop that is expected of every student that is trained at the Institute of knowledge - Kole Intellectual Forum - is assumed to establish a tailoring workshop
These key principles are to:

- Make Decisions. ...
- Define Your Workshop's Purpose and Goals. ...
- Determine Your Target Audience. ...
- Choose a Location and Date. ...
- Plan the Workshop Activities and Agenda.
It is true that: they (the students) are only not engaged in theory but also in practical as you can see the set at the traiing wing; it looks like a properly set up work that they can just copy and paste in future when time comes.

Working together with Kole District Officials
It has always been the culture of Kole Intellectual Forum to ensure that: all that it does, the district officials are informed and they are also given a quarterly reports on all that the organization is performing; beginning with the reporting on the sources of the fund the organization is receiving on a monthly basis, what it is doing with the fund and when comes to passing out the students; the organization also calls on the district officials to witness the event.
For instance, in the passing out of the students whereby the students were given each a start up capital that included a sewing machine, certificate of completion, some cash money and three rolls of clothes in Non 23, 2023; the Kole District Oficials were there in persons to witness the occassion

Building confidence into the girls training
The quality of the outcome being produced by the Instructor in terms of the dresses the students are producing after a short learning at the Institute of Knowledge of Kole Intellectual Forum; the act has shown a positive imression to the students and thier reactions are showing a great cause of confidence in everything they are doing.
For just two months of training, three weeks of orientation inclusive; calculatively, meaning only one month one week of practical and theoretical engagement of students and greatly enough the girls are able to produce what you can see at the background of this report.
The girls are therefore very thankful to their benefactors on the platform and wish them success in all that they are doing
