Students send out for Internships
As part of the intensive training: Students of Kole Intellectual Forum before they complete their training, the Institute ensures that: the send them out for one month to undergo what is called Internship; a process that is considered to enable the students to gain practical experience, enhance employability, and build networks. At the Internships, students are allowed to apply their classroom knowledge in a real-world setting, develop valuable skills, and explore potential career paths. Additionally, internships can provide mentorship opportunities, boost resumes, and even lead to job offers.
A moment that: makes them more competitive in the job market, demonstrating initiative and practical skills; and also provides for them the opportunities to build professional connections with mentors, colleagues, and potential employers.

KIFA conducts parades everyday
Parades conducted on daily basis at KIFA
Parades are conducted at institutional level for various reasons, primarily to celebrate significant events, acknowledge achievements, and demonstrate unity or discipline. These events can be ceremonial, marking milestones like graduation or passing out ceremonies, or they can serve as a way to commemorate anniversaries or other important occasions at the institutions.
At Kole Intellectual Forum like at police or military institutions, parades are almost used on daily basis; mainly to instill discipline and demonstrate unit cohesion. They involve using close-order maneuvering, known as drilling or marching, which is a visual representation of order and collective action. Parades that are done at Kole Intellectual Forum, are also meant to explain functions those are used to express how to instill confidence into their students and celebrate its achievements; as well as working together as a unit, highlighting their teamwork and ability to execute tasks in unison. This has so far strengthen the bonds among their students.

Purposes of practical tests at KIFA (Kole Intellectual Forum)
At the Institute of Kole Intellectual Forum, there is what is called weekly practical tests whose primary purpose is to assess and validate a student's practical skills and abilities, ensuring they can apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios. These tests help in evaluating a student's mastery of specific technical procedures, problem-solving abilities, and overall readiness for their chosen field.
The ideal idea is meant to go beyond rote memorization and assess how students apply theoretical knowledge to practical tasks; but to simulate them to real-world scenarios, allowing them to demonstrate their ability to perform tasks in a work environment; by providing them a holistic view of a student's abilities, including not just technical skills, but also problem-solving, critical thinking, and observation skills; as well as preparing them for the demands of their future roles.
