"The history that can never be forgotten” was a story told by one of the Founder member of Kole Intellectual Forum; remembering how the organization started, how it struggled to go through an accelerator of GlobalGiving in 2018 and thereafter became a permanent partner of GlobalGiving to date.

We are very grateful with GlobalGiving for opening the door for our organization – Kole Intellectual Forum – from 2018, the organization since then, on its platform has been progressively laddering from zero to that: when its site visited by a member from GlobalGivig to where it is at present - when it is undergoing the construction of the Institute of Economics with the present of the students and community inclusive.

Above all, the story continues that: the organization has laddered from the bottom to the amongst the very most top ranked organization on that platform of GlobalGiving.

Most importantly, the organization made an appeal on this very particular platform in 2021; that: they have a big plan to construct an Institute of Home Econoomics in 2022; indeed, the plan did not remain in vision; but, it turned up to be visible as you can see from the link of an appeal and the picture of the Institute below: Big Plan to construct an Institute, 2022, $100,000

KIFA: leads the need assessment

KIFA (Kole Intellectual Forum) leads the need assessment among its community

With the parents and youth on board: Kole Intellectual Forum with intention to modify the course unit of their program of Home Economics, the organization has started to conduct need assessment among their community purposely to determine what criteria or gap that must be met in order to reach a desired outcome of their potential clients.

In that need assessment, it is categorically divided into three main parts: that is, organizational analysis, task analysis, and person analysis. In an organizational analysis, the assessment looks at the organization's strategies, goals, and performance; and, how they are being determined to perform  at the training wing; meanwhile at task analysis, the assessment is geared towards examining how the users would undergo their training and made it possible to complete their tasks and achieve their expected goals; the aim is to ensure products and services are designed to efficiently and appropriately are in position to support those goals. Not forgetting the case of a person analysis,  that is, observing a phase of training needs analysis directed at identifying which individuals within an organization should receive training and what training they should receive.
