KIFA: Advocating for Professional Dressing code of conduct
Although, a code of conduct, is known to be about the privacy or ways of behaviors that is defined by set of rules, principles, values, employee expectations, and relationships that an organization or a business considers important and believes necessary for its success. However, regarding the professional code of conduct in dressing is more-less similar to the above statement – about code of conduct; the different is that, dressing professionally refers to wearing clothes and accessories designed for a professional workplace and they must be professional designed with modest outfits, well-tailored and free of images or graphics, fully made clean, ironed and free of rips, holes or stains.
At Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA) among other professional Code of Conducts those are practiced is the dressing code of ethics among the staff and students; and it is displayed at rightful time and at a rightful place. Every student and staff is mandatorily expected to portay the real image and maximum discipline once is putting on the organizational professional dress.
