Philosophy of developing nonprofit organization

“It is now six years or coming to the seventh one when Kole Intellectual Forum is progressing steadily with the support from donors; particularly, from the donors on the platform of GlobalGiving”, the Director of Kole Intellectual Forum was reported to have observed. According to him, he revealed that: this steady progress is coming because they are using a philosophy of developing for nonprofit organizations that their organization is using is guided by the following key issues:

Mission: that, their nonprofit is using this core principle to enable them to identify themselves, their activities and to make them meet the needs of their community.
Advancement: The advancement of this project according to the philosophy of developing nonprofit organization that Kole Intellectual Forum is using like any other such organization; the advancement is broken down into four elements: that is, mission, management, money, and marketing.
Organizational philosophy: this is, helping Kole Intellectual Forum to define the values and beliefs of their organization.
Mission statement: in the same way, the organization according to the Director, the statement is also helping the organization to define the organization's current and future activities.
Understanding needs: ideally, understanding the needs is about how a nonprofit organization should understand the needs of all sides in a conflict situation.
