Implementing partners of Kole District meet
Implementing partners are another words of calling non-governmental organizations in Kole District by some of the district officials and they meant that, they are the organizations that are implementing some project within their district. As the name portrays, it means those organizations that are implementing what the government should have been doing for its communities and they do it using different fund outside the government budget.
For the purposes of avoiding duplication of activities with any given area: the Local Government of Kole district, Northern Uganda, is always trying its best to see into it that: they engage the non-governmental organizations into their budget conferences; a scenerio that has help both parties to work together in harmony and also ceating a useful impact to the society the work for.
