Incorporating traditional Institutions into the project
Because traditional institutions often have a long-standing relationship with the community, when incorporated into the community base projects, they are in position to build trust and legitimacy that can be leveraged to ensure project success and sustainability is exhibited into the community.
According to Kole Intellectual Forum, they believe that traditional leaders and institutions possess invaluable knowledge about local customs, practices, and resource management, which can be crucial for tailoring projects to the specific needs and context of the community; encouraging a broader participation from community members, fostering a sense of shared ownership and responsibility.
In the photo above, the two are the traditional leaders who are advocating for the sense of incorporating traditional Institutions into community projects so as to realize their full potentials

A Student of Community Mobilization at KIFA
KIFA or Kole Intellectual Forum is such an organization that believes that: they cannot serve their community up to the global recommended standard unless they conform to the principles of developing the capacity of their staff.
Every year, or depending on the years of studies, they ensure, they take their students for further studies to the relevant school and subjects to build their capacities in handling the organizational matters.
For instance, the staff on the background, has been sent to one of the colleges in Uganda to study Diploma in community mobilization to build her capacity on how to mobilize the community around their problems and develop their solutions as you can see her talking to water users' executive committee members.

Lecture on A functional approach: students
A mixed class of Empower a Girl: For Self-Reliance and be Promoting Real Healthy Families: Home Economics generally are being lectured of the subject matter of knowing what “A functional approach is in life". That is an approach that is referred to as different methods of analysis and problem-solving across various disciplines. In it, the essence focuses on understanding how things work or function, rather than solely on their structure or composition. This approach according to Kole Intellectual Forum, it emphasizes on the processes, relationships, and interactions within a system to achieve desired outcomes.
Among others, is that, it advocates about language studies, how it is used to achieve different communicative goals, such as sharing information, expressing opinions, or persuading others. It is also used to analyze different forms of functions asking questions, making statements, or giving commands, and how these functions are realized through linguistic choices.
