Periodical Medical Lesson to the students
To examine and verify students’ health and that of the entire staff health condition, Kole Intellectual Forum has set a system that they host either a senior Medical Doctor or an Intern Doctor to discuss with them medical related issues; and this has helped the team to cut down their medical bill because they are now using the system of prevention is better cure approach. They are now able to know the symptoms of many diseases as well as their causes that has helped them to avoid them.
For now two years, the approach has been implement at the Institute of Home Economics of Kole Intellectual Forum with support the organization (Kole Intellectual Forum) is getting from the donors on the platform of GlobalGiving; making it easier for the organization to use the fund that could have gone for medical bill to the development issues

Influencing the changing society: KIFA
We, at Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA), have learnt with deep concern that: each and every individual that live under this planet of the earth is faced with a constant change from various perspectives. Noting that: the technological advances are causing dramatic changes in the way students are prepared for the workplace and for managing their lives at homes. In order to catch up with these changes, Kole Intellectual Forum in its Institute of Home Economics has designed course units through a number of research and public consultation those are placed to be responsive to the needs of the young people.
The instructional programs are made to reflect the consequences of dwindling natural resources, arising median age of the population, through fluctuating family patterns and changing goals of young people
Obviously, according to this reporter, he noticed that: their programs of Kole Intellectual Forum have started to meet the needs of students and are being reflected to the changing society they are serving.

Planning: parents, students & Administration involved

As the new term III opened on the September 15, 2025 at the Institute of Kole Intellectual Forum; parents, students and administration are as early as Friday September 19, 2025 engaged into the planning meeting to determine crucial issues that can help the Institute to progress with minimum problem.
Fortunately, the quorum was to the capacity and a lot matters of importance were determine with the hope that: every member or each of stakeholder perform his or her responsibility to the expectations.
It was resolved the parents should be part of the management team of the organization. Some of them were elected participate in the organizing of the Graduation Ceremony of the academic year 2025.
Project Leader of Kole Intellectual Forum was also to consider cost sharing to that event. Of according to the project Leader, he noted that: this had been the responsibility of Kole Intellectual Forum in the previous years through the support of the fund the organization has all a long been getting from the donors on the platform of GlobalGiving.
