Value of physical education to human health
Having learnt that: physical education is a very important tool for human health and because of your support to facilitate the activities of the organization – Kole Intellectual Forum; the organization has been so inquisitive to insert the syllabus of physical education in their course units; simply, the through physical education the beneficiaries will yield the followings:
- It can reduce the risk of heart disease, insomnia and depression. It was recorded that, in participation in physical, the student will realize good health and grow their personal development What are the benefits of physical education on human heart
- Can be raising HDL (high density lipoproteins) which a good levels of cholesterol
- They can also be reducing risk of overweight and obesity, when combined with a reduced-calorie diet.
- Can improve on their health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease. Given that, physical activity and exercise can have immediate and long-term health benefits. Most importantly, regular activity can improve your quality of life.
- It may help them live longer, and those extra years are generally healthier years! Staying active helps delay or prevent chronic illnesses and diseases associated with aging. So active adults maintain their quality of life and independence longer as they age.

Application of Home management in practice
At the Institute of Home management at Kole Intellectual Forum; students are supposed to do and manage everything in their lives as if they are at home; whereby, Home management is treated as an important tool for life because it helps one to take care of their homes and families in a meaningful ways of life. In this training students are expected to use the tool of home management to help to:
- Create a plan: Home management involves planning for how you want to live in your home, including how you want it to look, feel, and function.
- Use resources wisely: Home management involves planning, controlling, and evaluating how your family uses its resources to achieve its goals.
- Improve your home: Home management can involve remodeling, designing, and building your home.
- Improve your routines: Home management can involve cleaning, decluttering, and staying organized.
- Improve your overall well-being: Home management can help you feel better at home.
- Improve your family's well-being: Home management can help you take care of the things that are most important to your family.
- Improve your family's budget: Home management can help you create a budget for your family's expenses.
- Improve your family's organization: Home management can help you organize your family's resources and activities.

Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA’s) Staff hold a meeting: Developing Roadmap 2025
As they year 2024 comes to an end: Kole Intellectual Forum together with its staff develops a framework to be used next year to bring about positive transformation in their project lifespan; and this framework, they developed them strategically as listed below:
- Program Strategy – They observed that, their project program should be that, that can provide the foundations for a transformation or change by determining the best way of solving project problems
- Another key thing they developed was about stakeholder strategy – for this, they agreed on it that: they are going to form partnerships with the stakeholders; that will make them to establish a good working and committed relationships.
- Execution Roadmaps -- This framework, was discussed and agreed on that: the organization will be implementing programs in an orderly manner; beginning with what the staff will be agreeing on as the first program to be implemented and the sequent ones continues
