In the point of exposure: Kole Intellectual Forum is allowing their students to explore into their talents into various activities that they might be interested at.  The organization is not limiting them into what they think its right for them; but rather to encourage them to explore into what they themselves they can achieve from themselves through hard work, dedication and determination and they institute go along side them to support them in their efforts.

Another crucial and equally important point the organization is dealing with is that: they understand that, every child or human makes mistakes and practically the Institute is dealing with their mistakes in such a way that it enable them to erase any fears by letting them understand that mistakes are a part of success and that we learn from mistakes.

Basically, the Institute is help their children to understand that through life they will have many experiences and they will make many mistakes; and although they may be very alright with that, through their correct for a child accepted to trained they would be able to used as a building block for greater success. 

Putting heads together – Model of training

In the world of body language and that of the tongue, there are many subtle signs/words, story and comprehension that give away many attractions and interests; putting heads together are collections of words that have attracted the interests of many in schools, public, authorities, etc.

Convergence of mind or putting heads together to certain extent can be translated to mean assemble, build, combine, compose, concoct, connect, construct, create, engineer, erect, form, gather, join, link, make up, mix, produce mindset that can result to positivity.

To gain a positive result in the training at the Institute of Home Economics; the Instructors are always making sure that he/she make the students to put their heads together in everything that they are instructing.
