Mitigating Organizational Development: Psychology
As an individual, the organization – nonprofit or the profit ones: at one point, each one of them would love to develop or progress to certain extent; however, in their respective workplace, they can be faced with stress management, relationship issues, and financial difficulties. A situation in one way or another Kole Intellectual Forum is also being challenged with.
To mitigate it, the team of the organization is using a tool from the knowledge of psychology of development, that: tries to explain why people act the way they do, a tool that helps people to improve on their decision making, and also to make them understand their organizational past behaviors which on the other hand gives them the clue to better predict the future of their organization.
This tool has helped the organization to exist on one project to - Empower a Girl: For Self-Reliance for the six years and now establishing another one with the title to be: Promoting Real Healthy Families: Home Economics

Students empowerment through course unit: Literacy
A course unit of empowerment: Literacy
Kole Intellectual Forum as part of their empowerment: the organization engages their students on the course unit of Media literacy with the hope of enabling them to understand and contribute to public discourse, and, eventually, thereafter they could be expected to make sound decisions when it comes into the decisions to manage themselves, their society, their homestead as well as onto how to elect their leaders. People who are media literate according to the relevancy of this course unit are viewed as those who can adopt a critical stance when decoding media messages, no matter their views regarding any position.
On a serious usual follow-up, the experience is showing out that: their past students who underwent this very particular course have become productive leaders wherever they are at the moment.
