Fighting for the project Continuity
In full gear of struggles to see Kole Intellectual Forum in the state of continuity or amnesia – today, tomorrow and the time to come; the team of the organization is critical thinking day and night to see that: the planned activities designed by them should ensure that, the organizational functions can continue in the event of an emergency, crisis or disaster as well as in the absent of the current management team.
In order to avoid uncertainty with your support in our project; we have managed to gather some of the most common obstacles to organizational continuity programs, along with the ways to overcome them: such as, lack of resources. ...; lack of executive support. ...; lack of organizational engagement. ...; insufficient tools and technology ...; lack of routine testing ...; inability to monitor the program...; high complexity ...; and, to conducting a constant training including sharing of vital ideas with the relevant stakeholders.
