Connections with the environment change e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g

Dear friends of nature and education,

We are writing to express our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support of our educational program, Young EcoLeaders, here at Iracambi.

Thanks to your generosity, we are proud to announce that almost 100 bright young minds will be graduating from the program this month. This is a special occasion, and we couldn't have achieved it without your support!

Throughout the year, our dedicated teacher, Dayana, has led four different classes (turmas) within the lush embrace of nature, fostering a deep connection with the environment.

The students have delved into unusual topics for them - such as global warming, climate change, climate justice, and actionable steps to protect our precious planet. It has been an enriching journey for both the students and Dayana, and we couldn't be more proud about it!

While we celebrate this milestone, we also want to remind you that GivingTuesday is approaching. This is an excellent opportunity to continue your invaluable participation in our mission of preserving forests and changing lives, like from those kids.

Your support has empowered these young EcoLeaders to become passionate advocates for the environment and stewards of the Atlantic Rainforest. Their enthusiasm and knowledge are a testament to the positive change that can be achieved through education and community involvement.

Together, we are nurturing a generation of EcoLeaders who will play a pivotal role in the conservation of the Atlantic Rainforest and beyond.

Dearest nature admirer,

As the school year comes to an end, we're excited to share some thoughts with you. Our young EcoLeaders have been thriving and are on the verge of completing their adventure. The enthusiasm and vibrancy they've brought to the program have been nothing short of inspiring.

In the lead-up to their graduation, these familiar young minds have been sharing the valuable lessons they've learned along the way. Their dedication to environmental conservation is truly heartwarming, and we're happy to share with you some quotes of poetry that they've crafted. We know that these verses reflect their understanding of the importance of responsible environmental stewardship and their determination to make a positive impact.
