We are now well into Monsoon Season, usually the worst time of year for stray animals. Even though the rainfall was lower and a little delayed than normal this year, that didn't stop the increased need for animals, especially street-dwelling community dogs, from requiring support from Jivdaya Charitable trust. We have been busy with a lot of cases. These mainly consisted of severe skin conditions, injuries, diseases, tumors, and infections. All these animals on the streets are living a better life - all because of your help and generous donations. The Animal Care on Wheels project supported by you also treated many animals suffering from parasitic diseases that were zoonotic, meaning they can be transmitted to humans if unattended. Throughout the entire month of July our3 mobile clinic vans, fondly called A1, A2, and A3 are tried to reach and provided necessary treatment to each complaint they have received in this entire month.
