Dear project supporters,
At this time it does not seem like too far of a stretch to add masks into nursery rhymes such as "Old Mcdonald had a Farm"..." Here a mask, there a mask, everywhere a mask..." because COVID-19 has become a daily part of our lives with masks being necessary at most of our everyday activities. Thanks to your support, students are receiving masks in addition to regular school supply donations this year so they can attend school.
Students like Musa and Agnes received 5 masks each to wear during the day at school. Musa and Agnes were thankful for their masks as were the other students in Freetown. We greatly appreciate your ongoing support that makes it possible to provide families in need in Freetown with healthy meals, masks, and hand sanitizer/soap.
Thank you for helping to meet this important practical need. We greatly appreciate your continued support in saving lives and stopping the spread of COVID-19/coronavirus.
Stay healthy and safe,
Amy and the Develop Africa Team
PS. Tell your friends and family: together, we can provide stability for families in Africa in the face of #COVID19. From Dec. 14 - 18, @GlobalGiving will match your generosity by 200% on all new monthly donations.
