Rebuilding Community

By Abdulrazak Madi | Project Leader

One of the harshest consequences of losing parents and being displaced is the collapse of the social support network and a feeling of complete isolation. An orphan does not only need education; they need to feel a sense of belonging and that they have a safe place in society. This lack of relationships can lead to academic decline and despair.

Therefore, Masarat works within the Skills and Guidance Track to build a strong virtual community. This involves organizing regular virtual meetings, forums, and support groups led by specialized mentors, aiming to strengthen bonds among the orphaned students and help them express themselves in a safe environment.

The result is building belonging and recovery: instead of isolation, our students gain their own community that supports them, which enhances their psychological well-being and their ability to concentrate on their studies.

Thank you, for you fund the creation of this safety net for orphans.
